The HC33BW Stage Master Boom Cymbal Stand from Tama features
a boom/straight convertible tilter, so if there's no room for a boom, simply convert to a straight stand! The boom arm stores
neatly inside the upper tube.
The M8 threaded rod is also thicker to withstand the hardest hitters. A new round-shaped
Cymbal Mate can be spun easily with just a flick of the finger, but thanks to non-threaded sections on both the tilter and
the Cymbal Mate, the Cymbal mate won't spin off the top of the tilter during normal play. You can choose two Cymbal Mate positions
for ride or China cymbals for a looser or tighter fit.
Are cymbal stands just for supporting cymbals? Tama thinks
that cymbal stands are also musical instruments. All Tama cymbal stands in the Roadpro and Swingstar lineups were designed
with the elimination of stand noise a top priority. A special rubber cap at the end of the upper tube eliminates swaying and
rattling, and a special nylon sleeve underneath the die-cast joint of the base section further reduces swaying.
The
cymbal bottom protects the cymbal's center hole from the tilter's shaft and threads. If part of the nylon sleeve wears out,
you can continue to use the cymbal bottom by turning it upside down.
This cymbal stand has a 15-3/4" (400m) boom arm
length, 25.4mm-diameter base section tubing, and features double-braced legs.
